I was  thinking how to name this thread, but it is so difficult because of the content. I would like to say that this is a must read,maybe for when you have time to spare, but none the less interesting.

  The experience this guy ,Clayton, had over his motorcylce trip from Seattle to Argentina on a KLR650 was inspiring, adventorous and exiting if i may add...but sometimes life...and the lack of experience play us a bad card, and so this is what happened to this guy whom he went under the user name: OZYMANDIAS .

  I really do not want to add more to this subject, i would rather let you link it and read the full story for yourself and follow the timeline of this thread. LEARN FROM WHAT YOU READ ON THIS WEBPAGE .. it is there for your advatage and helps out when you plan to go out to the desert and tackle an adventure by yourself...Read and Learn.

  By the way,there is a member here ,Hayduke, who also posted on that webpage as well. Man, did i learn something today.

Yes Edseption . I have been going back to that link just to read all of the story, regarding that guy Clayton. It is very sorry to say that the outcome of his misfortune, turned the way it did.

  However, it is thanks to those stories that we get a chance to learn from other peoples experience and take advantage of it.  eventhough, in this case, resulted in his death. So sorry for his family.

 i hope that all of you, read it too. From what i see, there are always a new post being added to the thread.

That's not me. I realize the picture is the same but it's not that hard to find.

Needless to say, I'm the real Hayduke and that other guy is an impersonator.  icon_rolleyes

What a tragic story.  Homero, it was amazing to read how Clayton's online community came together for him.  His story and people's response to it brought tears to my eyes.

 I am pretty sure nobody has ever posted a story like this here..but we have to learn , even from the bad experiences, even if they bite like this one did to Ozymandias.
