Recommendation for RV Park with Activities for teens &motel close for parents

I am looking for recommendations for an RV campground with an inexpensive motel near. I have a 37ft two slide 5th wheel and I have 3 teenage boys, so there needs to be something for them to do within walking distance.  I also will have my parents with me and they need a motel.  Nothing fancy.  It would be nice to have a small frig available.  If anyone has any recommendations, I would be truly grateful.

I can't think of where a place like that might be in BIBE.  Maybe Lajitas?

If it were me, I'd ditch the RV and rent a room or two at the Basin Lodge.  Let the boys camp out in the Basin CG.

How about the Big Bend Motor Inn over in Study Butte?  Their website appears to be offline (at least for me).  They've supposedly been bought by Forever Resorts, which also runs the concessions in the park.  As far as activities for teenagers.... Big Bend is kind of a "do it yourself" area when it comes to entertainment.  Don't expect to find video arcades, skate parks, movie theaters, etc.  If they're not willing to get out and explore nature, they'll likely hate it.
