Ok, we've been busy collecting "Did You Know" from the
NPS BIBE website, so how about coming up with our own "Did You Know". Who knows, maybe the NPS BIBE webmaster will include some of these on the website?

"Did you know you can't purchase Big Bend trinkets and souvenirs at Persimmon Gap? You can only purchase items that Big Bend Natural History Association is allowed to sell in the park - books, maps, calendars, etc. T-shirts, magnets, pens, stickers, etc. must be purchased from Forever Resorts at the PJ gas station or at the Chisos Basin Lodge".
You forgot to mention the PJ gas station, RGV & Castolon store. Easy way to remember is that the VC's are operated by BBNHA, and the "stores" by FR. ALSO.....FR still sells some things that BBNHA sells as well. It's a weird agreement and hard to pinpoint all of the items in detail that each are allowed to sell.
Also, you CAN get Big Bend souvenir's at Persimmon Gap. The one's that BBNHA sells...
