Whether you agree or disagree with his stance, you can sign up for an account at http://revivacollective.org/wp-login.php?action=register and voice your opinion on this.  I did...   icon_lol

I beg to agree to disagree, agreeably. I believe firmly that the La Linda bridge should be reopened and established as a legal port of entry. There are vast opportunities for improving tourism in the area. Additionally, CEMEX has procured vast tracts of land in the area, including the Adams Ranch in Texas USA. There is no way to prevent illegal crossings. The untimely and totally preventable deaths of three Mexican nationals crossing Big Bend National park recently goes to show that there needs to be legal crossings in the area. No wall or anything else is going to prevent illegal crossings. I for one have wanted to cross over into La Linda for many years to see the church in the distance.

Additionally, there has been movement - abit slow, over the years for an international “peace” park - an environmental sanctuary between the two regions.

Thus, I must oppose the tearing down of the La Linda bridge and must encourage it’s reopening.

Best Regards,

Shane Allen
