I am really glad to see these rains, it must have been getting really crispy out there.  I hope it keeps up.   eusa_pray

Just a message for you elsewhereans coming here for the upcoming holiday: I've been getting rain on my ever-dry property, so those of you who usually get significant amounts of rainfall on a regular basis are likely to be flooded out already or have impassable roads. Even the all-weather roads in some places are beginning to look like mud soup.
It has been raining in parts of the ranch ever since last Wednesday, sometimes torrentially.
Good time for fireworks, but not for getting in and out on these roads.
By all means check with your immediate Ranch neighbors before coming out here!
