I am glad to see they are still open, I had wondered what had happened, as they were trying to sell the place for a while.  Did it sell or do the same folks still own it?

Based on what the asking price was/is? - I imagine it's still under the same ownership..   icon_wink

La Kiva was taken over by the nephew of the original owner. After a couple years of suffering chronic dwindles, Glen and his significant lady have revitalized the old place and are helping  to support local organizations like the Boys and Girls Club and 'Last Minute Low Budget Productions'. Though the desert and the creek are still trying their best to win.

A couple of years ago, I was there when Terlingua Creek flooded two inches over the dance floor. No one seemed concerned and it was business as usual.
