Before this thread is lost in time,Al...you should definetly put that recipe on the proper thread, use the recipes section. We all check that often.

 Just a humble opinion.

 Homero

P.S.- You can always use FeDex,UPS,DHL....send it C.O.D. !!!.....Ayer !...You stayed up until 1:am, that takes alot of time to cook.

Sorry Homero, no food pics. Will you settle for some fireworks?

We're down in Galveston and drove down Seawall Blvd last night to see the fireworks show at 37th street. We gave up on finding a parking spot and just kept driving slowly. I took a bunch of pics through the windshield with my Canon A720IS. My daughter ended up falling asleep halfway through the show.  icon_rolleyes At least the drive back to the beachhouse was quick as we turned around just before the finale and beat the crowd out of there.

Open the attached html file to see all of the pics.

Here's one of them:

We meant to go watch the show over Clear Lake, but we all hung out at my cousin's so long we missed it.  We did pop some in her yard, though.

We did make the Friendswood parade at 10am, though.  Here are a few shots from that:

Hey Bill, that's why I barbecue.  If I slap down a steak on the kitchen counter it literally makes her nauseous.  Where we see a steak she sees a piece of dead cow flesh.  There's really no story except there is more to love than the way to a man's stomach contrary to the old folk legends.

Well we didn’t feed the turkeys but we did give the chicks a good rub and their own personal beer.
