use a paper mask and put some Vicks Vap-O-Rub inside the mask.  It will keep you from gagging!!

Ah, did you learn that from Agent Starling in Silence of the Lambs?

Just spoke with Ray52.  He was at home.  Had been working on clearing out his folks house over in Bridgecity...  He's very lucky that he didn't have to clean out his house.

East Texan -- I'm sure you've done it but if not call Entergy to report the outage, then go back to main menu and wait for prompt to speak to service rep. I thought it'd take me an hour or more 'waiting on hold' time but within 5 minutes I was speaking to a live person and within an hour a technicain called us to see if we had power. It took another 24 hours but we finally got power. We were like your MIL- all but a few in the neighborhood had power (I'm in North Vidor).

Most here have gotten back to normal. I know there are thousands that will not be "normal" for a long time. And when they do, it will be a new normal.

My heart breaks every time I think of all those homes that just aren't anymore.
