Thursday, Paul and I took a ride to Alpine, then to Boquillas Canyon and Chisos Basin, and finally back to our adobe.

Friday we took Maxwell Scenic Drive to Castolon where the road is closed by flooding.  Couldn't see Cottonwood Campground.

From there we went to Lajitas and Terlingua Ghost Town.

Way too many pictures again, but it was such a beautiful blue sky day...

Thanks Voni, so many beautiful pictures!  The "creature" you labeled "what is it?" - is a centipede.  It's a mean critter and capable of a nasty bite.  The river is still so flooded.   icon_eek  You described the last few sunny days right - blue sky day!
