Chisos Mining Company "REALLY Large Cabin 29" QUESTION
« on: August 09, 2010, 11:42:33 AM »
We are making what now is our annual Thanksgiving trip from Houston.  This will be the 4th year and last year we stayed at the Chisos Mining Company Cliff Dwelling "the pink house on the hill"  It was GREAT!  :eusa_dance: Clean and very nice.  This year we recruited my father in law's family.  We are staying at the "Really Large Cabin" as stated on their website but they have no pictures  :eusa_naughty:  Does anyone have a picture of the REALLY LARGE Cabin #29 at the Chisos Mining Company?  She assured me it was as nice as the Cliff Dwelling but when you bring you Father in Law on a 10 hour trip, you'd like to be sure

Looking through the front door into the living/dining area. Toaster, microwave, gas range, fridge, even a coffee pot. The cabinets have dinner ware and necessary utensils.

From one of the bedrooms looking into the living area. The TV isn't exactly 60 inches of hi-def, but you do have satellite.

Sorry, the cool Oakley's on the counter aren't part of the package.   :icon_cry:

Bedroom #1.

Bedroom #2.

There is a bathroom/shower between, but not connected to, the two bedrooms.

We just stayed there for 3 days. It's not the Waldorf, but everything was clean, everything worked, the people are awesome, and it was well worth the money. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.  :high5:
