El Dorado in Terlingua

Thought I'd give my review of the El Dorado Motel in Terlingua Ghost Town.  It was a nice stay.  We had the upstairs suite, I believe it was room 24 (right above 15)...

Large and spacious, very clean and a good price at $129.  It had a King size bed and the sofa made out into a double. The large jacuzzi tub was nice, as was the shower...here are a few pics...

We will def. stay there again.  I liked having the bar within walking distance so we didn't have to get on motorcycles and ride after drinking...lol  Erin at the bar was super.  He is a teacher by day at Terlingua School, and bar tender in the evening.  Loves to chat it up and play the host.  He was raised in the area, so can tell you anything you need to know. Also met and talked to many locals at the bar. Very friendly place.
