We have reserved cottage 101 for this weekend.... a post STAAR testing getaway for the family (my wife and I both teach 8th grade). I can't seem to find any mention of there being grills in the vicinity of the cottages. I've walked by the cottages dozens of times on hikes, but never actually noticed whether they had them or not. And the poor little girl doing reservations from Arizona knew very little.
Do the cottages have grills? Is there a share picnic area perhaps?
And passports are ready... can't wait to tear into a few plates of tiny tacos and tiny burritos in Boquillas.
As best I recollect they did not have grills for cooking.
No grills and no cooking. Afraid of burning down historic building. If you ask, they'll direct you to the picnic area.
Not sure how strongly it is enforced.
Stayed in 103 in December. Right, no grills, but a microwave and fridge. We could have brought our Weber Q propane grill but preferred to go see the sights.
Grills are in Basin campground
