I'm good with all but #4. Vigilantism is to be avoided. They haven't learned that at the higher education institution called Berkeley which, instead, is living up to its image as "Berserkly." I'm okay with the Parkies enforcing rules as long as the rules are logical and applied with some common sense. That would cause quite a number of rules to fall by the wayside, thus leaving more time to actually deal with problems real rather than imagined.
I worry about the Australians. But I often get them confused with New Zealanders.
ICe, you might have just taken us into a truly controversial subject.
Robert, Mitch and I will be probably at La Kiva on Sunday night rooting for the Falcons, can't let the Yankees win! Then we are headed to the deepest desert to escape the contrarians 😉Sent from my Nexus 6P using Big Bend Chat mobile app
Last Super Bowl my wife and I were at BBNP. We spent that whole Sunday in the park, then in the evening drove to the starlight for dinner. All the bars in town were packed, but we were one of only two tables at the starlight that night. It was only then that I realized it was Super Bowl Sunday, and I had spent the whole day absolutely not even realizing it. THAT is the magic of Big Bend...that the power of its solitude makes even one of the biggest yearly events in America seem completely unimportant.Sent from my iPhone using Big Bend ChatAmen, man, amen.
