Try to go to https://www.nps.gov/bibe/index.htm
Get redirected to  https://www.nps.gov//bibe/index.htm (double slash!)
3 number of redirects (301's and 302's)
18 number of Broken Links (400's)

Some geniuses!!! Broke the index page! It has been on and off for the past couple days.

If you type https://www.nps.gov/bibe/planyourvisit/index.htm - you can get to the index page for that. Just don't click on the homepage or you'll get back to https://www.nps.gov//bibe/index.htm

Any of the blue ones in the image below will work.

Check out the other funky URL's returned from the server
