For those of you who like GPS tracks and elevation profiles here's a link to that data for my hike:

http://app.gobreadcrumbs.com/user/rmorr/hiking/new-mexico/latir-hike23119-pm

This is all new ground for me so no guaranty that it will work, but my fingers are  :crossedfingers:!

It works fine, but it is more like show and tell and it also hs the characteristic of transfering the information to a 3D Google Earth file which opens directly on the webpage. I think to actually share your waypoints, you must gather your WP's and upload them to a .GPX file here on the forum site. It is as easy as uploading a picture....or it used to be easy. I am not very sure with the new forum and tech conditions. Still very nice.

NIce to hear about Emmy Lou Hairless too.
Stay thirsty, my friends.

Homero, Richard M and I are often mistaken for one another but a couple key differences can end the confusion.  I have slightly less hair, and I also have a little more waist (plus about 20 years!) than Mr. RichardM!
...and I have never been confused with Val Kilmer. :icon_cool:

And the king of the Latirs, Venado Peak, highest in the wilderness.
