Caprock Canyons State Park camping
« on: March 03, 2008, 09:28:16 AM »
Our family has recently grown by two more through the foster care system. We took the two girls out camping for their first time at Caprock Canyons Friday night. I don't believe that either had ever even been in the woods before, so it was quite an experience for them. We had beautiful weather (funny, since as I am writing this I am looking out the window at blowing snow and 40 mph winds) and the girls had a great time. As usual, the report is on our blog griffisfamilyoutdoors.blogspot.com.

Congratulations to both of you.

I am constantly in awe of those who adopt or provide foster care.

It takes special people to do such a special job.

ЎMuy bueno!

Beautiful little girls. Sure glad you got them out camping early in life. Keep making it fun for them and they'll continue to want to go. I started mine camping at 9 when I got divorced. She's 22 now and still loves to camp.
