Chaco has been high on my list for some time.  Really need to go there and spend dome time.  I'm going to Cahokia soon.

Cahokia is on my list too. I've been to Caddo Mounds up in East Texas and Moundville, AL (near the Black Warrior River near Tuscaloosa)

There are more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_burial_mounds_in_the_United_States

This is the video that I mentioned below Much to my surprise it was on YouTube

(I'm not saying that I would use Wondershare Video Converter to snag videos off of YouTube  ???  because it's easy but if I did use said software I would probably think it was pretty good :) )

Much, much more to my liking is this video of Steve Lekson speaking at the Archeology Cafe back in 2013. He's always been a bit of a contrarian when it comes to some of the beliefs that most other archeologists push but I think he's got some very good points in the video

And while you are at Chaco plan an extra day or three to see Hovenweep

iCe, that video of Lekson's talk is really, really interesting.
Wake me when it's time to go.

I agree. He's kind of free thinker   and he makes sense

In the following video R. Carlos Nakai touched on Lekson's idea of the lack of a border and how the border affects the way cultures are perceived. Not in those words but I thought it tied in pretty well. It's a little after 19 minutes into this video:

Will do.  Those videos are great.
