« on: August 21, 2008, 09:11:18 AM »
Went to visit the boys and my oldest turned 17 this month too. He wants to be a sports journalist!  :icon_biggrin:  We also had a talk and he said that coming down to TX and going to school is an option... :icon_biggrin: :icon_biggrin: :icon_biggrin:
Anyway, we went to the ball game and then hiking. It was the best time I've had all year!!!! Some photos from the fun..

LOL, you mean that "full moon baseball"?

Too funny! There is a huge Amish community in the surrounding towns and we passed some of the teenagers on the trail and they all had the same haircuts that looked just like this:

No offense dude's, but it was the first thing that came to mind! :icon_redface:

They kept their horsey's in the shade of the trees because it was so HOT that day, I think maybe like 85 degrees? LMAO that's really hot for NE OH!

Hi Muse!  So glad you got to go spend some time with your boys.  Your younger one has your eyes, no doubt about that!  Isn't it strange when your kids suddenly become taller than you are?

That State Park looks terrific.  So much water!  I always thought of Ohio as flat and farm country.  I've never been there.  Glad you are home safely!
