Third Clue: Right behind it,This plentiful Hot Spring, lies some unfinished bath houses that were supposed to be used as showers facilities for the tourist crossing over to Boquillas.

This is the main spring and it is the place where the people of Boquillas go to take their shower daily.

Another freebie....there are at least 5 more little springs behind this big one and no more than 20 feet away lie stone mortars on top of a hill left by the early settlers. Giving conclusion that humans have been using those springs for at least thousands of years.

Follow it,up river from the Boquillas beach, no more than 2 clicks against the current on the Rio Grande.

Fourth Clue: Pay attention to the walking sotol canes we are carrying, that will give you the name of the place where this site is. A spectacular canyon,we can practically shake hands there U.S.-Mexico.

It is THE Boquillas Hot Springs . . . about a 1/2 mile upstream from the old Boquillas river crossing.
