If you contacted TPWD regarding the Devils River transaction - land slideing swap - pat yourself on the back.  It's because of YOUR involvement and YOUR commitment to Texas outdoor recreation that TPWD is having, shall I say, 2nd thoughts?

I would like to add my thanks for the support and e-mails that went out in support of keeping the Devil's River accessible to the public. I have a certain love affair with the devils and believe everyone should get a chance to see it (all of it) if they so desire.

Lets remember that this isn't over yet...it has just been postponed.
