Need a waterproof camera? Canon Powershot D10
« on: July 23, 2009, 08:54:46 PM »
Although I really like my Canon G9, I'm always afraid to take it to the lake or beach, worried it might get wet or get sand in it.

Canon now has a Powershot model called the D10 which is supposed to be waterproof to 33 ft, handle a 4ft drop, and work in subfreezing temps.  Sounds like a great camera to take to the beach, or let the kids use at the pool.  12.1mp resolution.

$309 at Amazon.
