On-Line Prints
« on: November 12, 2009, 09:51:26 PM »
Don't remember where I heard about perfectposters.com but I've used them 3 times now and every picture (14-16 so far) has been printed very well. Cost is very reasonable even for the archival pigment prints. Delivery times have been around 4 days after order was placed. The user interface is easy to use for uploading files to be printed.

I just received a print of my big pano from on top of CG. It's 8" tall X 38" long and only cost $10.00. Not bad!

Just thought I'd throw their site out for anyone who might need prints.

I've used www.ezprints.com  I printed a 3 foot pano of GUMO I took from Hunter Peak through their site.  I was really happy with the job they did.

I have used ezprints.com in the past and was satisfied.  I still prefer to have mine done locally to support local businesses unless they can't do what I need.  Here in Austin, I use Precision Camera and I have been extremely happy with the results.  They do offer their lab service online as well, but there is an image size limit which is pretty large, but sometimes not quite large enough (I had one image that was 180MB in size that was too large for online ordering).  I had a 16x24 canvas print done at Precision Camera of this image that turned out fantastic:

"I have an excellent profession, but I don't enjoy it near as much as I do when I am in the heart of the wilderness, surrounded by marvelous creations, and efforting to capture what I see and feel so I may share it with others."
