Smells like a BEAR trap, but Shane would not do that. BLM maintains no land in TEXAS as land in TEXAS is private. Still like the post.

Well, baiting or not, I sure wouldn't rely on the NPS as a source of information about lands they don't manage. They barely know what is outside their own boundaries due to their insular attitudes. It's that dream-world existence they live in.
