RUNWAY 90 – Les Bourne of Universal City must be wondering if he should stay away from airplanes, at least when they visit Terrell County. He was riding with John Barnett of Center Point Saturday when weather forced their South African bush plane to land on Highway 90 near Dryden. The road was closed about noon Saturday and the two took off without incident. Bourne was a passenger in a light plane that blew off the runway at Terrell County Airport in February. He wasn’t injured in either incident.
