Join the Medivac Program in  Terlingua.  The American Legion post 653 on highway 118 north of
the ranch road on  the west side of the road  has generously offered their land to have the
medivac helicopter land  so people in Terlingua can be airlifted if they have  a medical  necessity.   In order for this to go through they need 100 people  to sign up.   The medivac people will be at the American Legion on  Oct 9th at 6:30pm  to explain everything.   The community is invited.  The cost to sign up, if you decide to, will be $49 a  year for non   Legion members.   And $39 a year for legion members.
If you can't make the meeting-- you can still get an  application by  dropping by the American Legion
