Makes what they were asking for the Starlight seem like chump change.  I can't recall the exact figure when I was talking to "them" about it.  Seems like it was around $400k or something like that.    Didn't include any property, just the lease, name, and the furnishing.  PPE - without the PP.  (property/plant/equipment)

I wonder if Beemerchef knows it's for sale?  Probably so.
$1.1 Million - is that in Peso's?  You have got to be kidding, I doubt the place makes more than $90K/year net profit.  Not that it's bad it just is lacking in customers most of the year (like everyplace else down there except perhaps the Basin Lodge).   I am sure as a local the owner probably understands the Terlingua economy more than I do and is selling at the "peak" if you will.   Or maybe he thinks that when Lajitas is sold it will be re-focused on the broader middle class market and chip away at his customer base.  ...
