I was checkingout Cemex?s corporate webpage and stumble with this. Looks like finally Cemex is taking a step further and setting up a formal webpage on: El Carmen?s.

Before you click " Enter " , give it a couple of seconds to load up the screens , then you can see some awsome pictures of the area, you are going to like the read as well.

Google alerts, gave me today a a link to PASA , they are CEMEX Maderas partners.

You will see that on their introductory page , the first thing that pops up  is the El Carmen Mountains, in full bloom if i may add.

I started navegating their page and found this: Museo Maderas Del Carmen. I strongly recommend you to navigate this page, it shows where the camps used to be, before they were converted to scientific sights, and don?t forget to click their "Activities" link , check their pictures gallery as well.

CEMEX just announced they were adding a kiln to double the size of their New Braunfel's facility.  To their credit, with the addition plus extra controls on the existing unit, they will have the same or less net emissions for the plant.  I had no idea they had so many plants.
