Backroads driving last week
« on: April 10, 2010, 06:21:39 PM »
I was out at the park last week.  I drove River Road West, Black Gap Road and a whole bunch of roads in Terlingua Ranch.  Here are some of my random  pictures, not as quality as some of the masterpieces I have seen on here, but I am trying.

Thanks for posting these.  What is the tall green tent in a couple of the shots?  Also, what cemetery was that?  I don't recall one that I've visited so close to a road.

The green tent was my porta privy/shower stall.  The cemetery was at Glenn Springs.  The coolest thing I found was Lake Ament.  It looks like lots of hard work into building the dam.
