Alpine/La Kiva Gig
« on: April 19, 2006, 10:05:01 PM »
If you're going to be in Alpine on Friday the 28th at about 8pm, be sure to head out to the Railroad Blues and/or La Kiva on the 29th.  My little bro (the one in the surreal pic) will be there playing with his band.  I'll be at the Alpine Gig on the 28th and off to the park for the rest of the weekend!  Hope to see you there!

cheers and beers,

YUP: April

April, May, June?    - I'm sure it's April, but you never know.

I've always wanted to go there on New Years eve and see the King play.  No, not that King.  That King has permanately left the building.  No, this King.  The King of TexMex.  He usually plays there on New Years Eve.  Saw him play many times @ the CrossRoads in Nacogdoches, even played in the center of Business 59 one night!  What a hoot.

Bet it's April. Friday the 28th doesn't come again until July.

Is that guy still around?  He played at our high school graduation party 23 years ago!
