This geologic feature is on the road between Presidio and Shafter on Hwy 67.  A highway sign calls your attention to it.  It does appear to be a profile of President Lincoln.

Not sure if I should have posted this under the "pics" section, but since it was not in Big Bend, figured the community bulletin board may be more appropriate...

RichardM...if needed, please move to the pics or whatever section is appropriate...

Never been able to see the profile of Lincoln.   I'm not very good at "seeing" things.  Like those "magic" pictures of several years ago - could never "see what they were touting".  Mule Ears yes, Lincoln no.

Lincoln is lying on his back. It looks like his profile on a penny. The resemblance is not very close.
I'll be the jump start for the car parked in your mind, 'Cause you left the lights on all night long.

Ok, I admit I lay on my front or back after 1, 2, 3 or 4 cold ones, that may be ther reason I did not notice. Now that you mention same, I think I can see what your are saying (still think it looks like a buffalo or rabbit. Undertaker.
