I agree completely!  Having spent my summers as a kid at a 12,000 acre ranch about an hour and a half drive north of Abilene, it gave me a great fondness for being in and about nature, especially the rugged beauty of Texas, that will last my entire life.

I thoroughly enjoyed your report and photos, and like others, wish I too could have spent 12 days there.  I am hoping to spend at least 10 days there in the spring.
