WOW! All that flora was on your land? And those washes & tinajas? 20 acre plot huh? Who did you purchase it from as I am looking for something similar. If it is proper to ask? I mean like an individual or a realty co.?

I bought the land from Kathleen (see http://www.bigbendchat.com/portal/forum/whats-happening/land-for-sale-on-terlingua-ranch-t7774.0.html). You should PM her if genuinely interested; I have no idea if she has land to sell at this point, but she is very knowledgeable about the area, and can undoubtedly direct you to the individuals or realty companies who may have what you're looking for. Frankly, I don't know how often she visits BBC, so you might try contacting her through a Yahoo chat group she hosts (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TexasOutback/). You can also look here (http://www.poatri.org/operations_propsale.html), although (IMHO) many of these postings are old and/or overpriced.

The two largest tinajas were not on my section of Saltgrass Draw, but 95% of the pics I posted happened to be on my property. Color me lucky...
